Jason jenkins

Jason is a Board Member with more than 25 years of experience across financial services and real estate. His career includes tenures at T. Rowe Price, Wells Fargo Corporate Trust, Agora Financial, The Motley Fool, EA Commercial Real Estate, and Canton Management Company, where he developed a broad and robust foundation in finance and organizational strategy.

In parallel with his professional career, Jason has spent 13 years serving on the boards of growing nonprofit organizations, helping to create, strengthen, and sustain community-based initiatives. He currently serves as Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Associated Catholic Charities, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland, where he leads strategic partnerships and philanthropic engagement in support of the organization’s mission.

melanie Berg

Melanie is the founder and CEO of Space R3 LLC and was a member of NASA’s Radiation Effects and Analysis Group for over 20 years. She has developed microelectronic space products that have flown as far as Pluto. In addition, Melanie has published and presented numerous papers on ionization and microelectronic error-response characterization, mitigation strategies for critical circuitry, reliability and survivability prediction calculations, and hardness assurance for spaceflight systems.

Recognizing the urgency and importance of youth development, Melanie founded SOULAR.  Space and AI will be a significant aspect of everyday life... it is essential that our next generation be prepared and have the tools to competitively advance said technologies,

Scott Linton

Scott transitioned his electronic and mechanical expertise into the field of radiation effects in 2018 and founded RadTek Space. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of RadTek Space, where he is responsible for the development and maintenance of complex systems designed for radiation testing. Since 2018, Scott has supported Space R3 by executing test campaigns at a variety of radiation source facilities, including proton, heavy-ion, flash X-ray, and neutron facilities. He also provides executive-level support to the Space R3 CEO, Melanie Berg, and serves as a volunteer mentor for SOULAR.
